Returns
At Novelaix, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our support team will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
As many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Orders that are still within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Please review product descriptions and specifications carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement where applicable.
